You can pick up a physical gift card at any Coles, Coles Express, 7-eleven and Target stores Australia-wide. The card will be activated when scanned at checkout. You can also purchase eftpos gift cards online via TCN, Card.Gift or Qantas marketplace to send via post to your giftee with shipping options available.
Our eftpos gift cards can be used at any in-store retailer that accepts eftpos. This card can only be used at card terminals, which means there is no need to worry about any online hassles.

Once you have registered your card here. Simply swipe your gift card at the payment terminal anywhere eftpos is accepted.

Select “SAVINGS,” enter the PIN on the back of card and you’re done.

Can I buy the eftpos card in denominations other than $30, $50, $100 or $200?
Where can I buy the eftpos Gift Card from?

Does the card have an expiry date?
Yes. You can check the expiry date via the “Check Balance” button on the website.
How can I check the balance of my eftpos Gift Card?
Go to www.eftpos.gift and click on the “Check Balance” button
What if the value of the purchase I want to make is less than the balance on the gift card?
Only the exact value of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card, so you can use the card for more purchases later. No change will be provided.
Where is the pin number for the eftpos Gift Card?
The pin number is under the scratch panel on the back of the card. Scratch the panel lightly to reveal the pin
Can I get Cash out from an ATM?
No, your eftpos gift card cannot be used at an ATM.
Do I need to spend the eftpos Gift Card all in one transaction?
No, you can choose how and where you want to spend your card balance. Any remaining balance after your transaction will stay on the card as long as it’s valid for. This way you can enjoy your eftpos Gift Card more than once!
How can I pay using the eftpos Gift Card in store?
Using your eftpos Gift Card in store is very easy – simply swipe your gift card at the eftpos terminal. Select ‘SAVINGS’, enter the PIN on the back of card and you’re done.
If the transaction amount exceeds the cards balance, you will need to pay for the remaining amount with a different card or cash.
Can I use the eftpos Gift Card to pay online for products?
Your eftpos Gift Card runs on the eftpos payment platform. This gift card cannot be used online or for any ‘card not present’ transactions.
Where can I use the eftpos Gift Card?
Your eftpos Gift Card can be used to make purchases at merchant that accepts eftpos, subject to the merchant’s discretion. Your gift card cannot be used to withdraw cash.
Issues with your card
What happens if I need to return an item to the merchant?
Each merchant has its own policy about accepting returned items. Please check with the merchant before purchasing items to ensure you know their policy
Why might a transaction using my eftpos gift card be declined?
Some possibilities include:
- The balance you have nominated is not available. You can check your card balance here
- Your card has expired. The eftpos Gift Card have a 36-month expiry, which can be calculated 36 months from the date of sale.
- You have entered the incorrect PIN number
- Some stores do not accept eftpos cards

What can I do if my eftpos Gift Card gets stolen, lost or damaged?
Your eftpos Gift Card should be treated like cash and kept in a secure place. If you register your eftpos Gift Card here and lose or misplace your card and there are still available funds on the card at the time you notify us, we’ll send you a replacement card for that amount. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Yes we can. We offer both bulk delivery options or can also manage fulfilment to individual recipients
Do you offer any gift packaging options?
We have different packaging options available for our eftpos Gift Cards, which can also be custom-branded with your design or logo.
What denominations can I load onto the eftpos Gift Cards? Is there a minimum or maximum load amount?
Load amounts can be any denomination between $5 and $4,999.
